Membership at The Bridges is required for those who own property in the community (Resident). Memberships are also available to the general public (Non-Resident).
Upon purchasing either a home or home site within the community, buyers have agreed to the minimum of a Social Membership but may upgrade to a Golf Membership if desired.

- A Resident is a person who owns property within the Bridges Development
- All Golf Memberships include unlimited golf, unlimited practice balls, discounts in the golf shop, and use of the Fitness Center. Golf Cart Fees are not included.
- All members are required to meet a Food & Beverage Minimum of $600 per year.
- All Social Memberships include access to all club facilities, member events, and four rounds of golf at the current member/guest rate.
- Annual Trail Fee - $375, Family Cart Pass - $880, Individual cart pass $600
